For the fourth episode of this series, we hear the story of Victoria's Kathy Welsh who took up the sport in her early 20s, before making her Nationals debut at the 2005 Australian Women's Championship with Victoria Provincial, before graduating to the Victorian team where she was part of Victoria's three-peat in 2007-08-09. 

Kathy shares with us the impact the Doncaster Baseball Club had on her career, in addition to her time in the Czech Republic, and her progression into the 2010 Australian Team where she won silver at the World Cup in Venezuela.
